Within the first 60 days of managing Venture Healthcare’s Amazon ads, we managed to add £20,370.05 in Sales with a 49.5% ACoS. Venture Healthcare were completely new to the Amazon platform and so our objective, that was agreed with the client from the outset, was to be somewhat aggressive with the ads, to stay below a 50% ACoS and drive sales through ads in order to build momentum and improve the organic rank of a set of strategically selected keywords that we deemed as highly relevant to Venture Healthcare’s products.

By implementing this strategy, we were able to drastically increase the organic ranks to our relevant keywords, which in turn increased organic sales and offset the cost of the ads, resulting in a TACoS of 29% in the first 60 days. Whilst 29% is generally considered high across the industry, our client Venture Healthcare were very pleased, and we exceeded all initial expectations.

We have worked with our client for 7 months since mid-December 2022. They continue to roll out new products and project continuous growth for the year ahead.

This brand wanted to capitalise on the seasonality of their brand and we experienced an excellent first Christmas with. We are continuing to work with them to prepare for this year’s Q4!
